Over the summer of 2022, I completed a Photography Internship with the Pittsburgh City Paper. I had worked for my University's newspaper for nearly three years, never thinking I would've end up there in the first place. Photojournalism now holds a special place in my heart because of all of the stories that are told and the people that I've met. With every assignment I was given, it felt like I faced a new challenge and it allowed me to become more comfortable with repetition, but also step out of the box.
